Ok, this is not the first time I wish I was going to be in Chicago in the Spring, but this is the has got to be the single best reason to be jealous of all those folks that are going to get to be there this year… GHB is getting his own place! Avenues is going to miss him that is for sure! Not only a gifted chef, he is also a nice guy… who has earned the respect and admiration of these folks and let me tell you… that is not an easy thing to do! Known for whimsical, intelligent, food… he has earned a tremendous reputation… the website for his new home… does not hesitate to tell you what they are… in case you missed them!
